I'm a psychotherapist and program designer with a deep interest in the intersection of mental health, identity, and lived experience. My work is shaped by the belief that healing isn't linear, and that every person deserves a space where they feel seen without judgement.

Is everything completely confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in our sessions stays strictly between us. I follow professional ethical guidelines and do not share your information with anyone without your written consent, except in situations of imminent risk to safety โ€” which I would discuss with you first.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is an introduction โ€” I want to understand what brings you here, what you're hoping to work on, and what kind of support would feel useful. There's no fixed agenda. It's also a chance for you to see if working with me feels like the right fit. If it doesn't, I'll help you find someone who suits you better.
How do I get the Microsoft Teams meeting link?
Once you book and complete payment through Microsoft Bookings, a confirmation email is automatically sent to both of us. That email contains your unique Teams meeting link โ€” just click it at the time of your session. No downloads are needed beyond the Teams app (or you can join via browser).
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel directly from your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable, but I'm happy to reschedule to the next available slot where possible.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies a lot from person to person and depends on what you're working through. Some people find 6โ€“8 sessions very helpful for specific concerns; others prefer ongoing support. We'll review progress together and you are always in control of how long we work together.
What if I'm in crisis right now?
If you're in immediate distress, please reach out to iCall (9152987821) or the Vandrevala Foundation helpline (1860-2662-345), both available 24/7 and free. Therapy sessions are not designed for crisis support โ€” but once you're stable, I'd be glad to work with you.
